A prodigy of design and technology, our tanning systems guarantee the best proportion
in the performance of specially developed lamps, patented filters, and custom manufactured reflectors.
Any Sportarredo tanning systems is designed and engineered to produce tha perfect mix
of UVB and UVA rays in order to reach a glamorous, glowing tan while keeping the
tanning experience at the highest level of comfort in the industry.
The high concentration of UVA rays, characteristic of high pressure technology,
gives a fast, immediate tan even on delicate skin reducing the risks of producing
erythema (redness typical of irritated skin).
- Sportarredo KalfasunŽ lamps, especially developed under Sportarredo supervision,
achieve high performance and long life thanks to 4 different quality tests, a methodical
material selection and a specially designed production process. The lamps operate at a
temperature of around 1650 degrees Fahrenheit, so the ventilation and internal cooling
system are especially designed to keep them work properly.
- The complex form of the reflectors is studied and engineered to perfectly direct rays
onto the body. Beyond each tanning unit there is a meticulous optical study to arrange
the reflecting surface in order to reach the perfect refraction angles and guarantee the
most proportion exposure on all the areas of the body.
- The blue cobalt filter is fundamental to sort the different types of radiation and allow
only the necessary ray pass through. Each filter is subjected to over three different types
of quality control. Sportarredo's filters are handcrafted in Murano, Italy, according to a
special manufacturing process strictly defined by a Sportarredo patent and controlled by the
Glass Experimental Station in Venice, Italy
